Winemaking process
Harvest: technical ripeness is between 10 september to 25 october.
Fermentation: in stainless steel thermo/regulated vats at a temperature of 26/28 C
Ageing: aged no less than 1 year in oak barrel.
Tasting notes
Appearance: red color with tints of ruby
Aroma: palatable fragrant aroma, particular bouquet rich in fruit flavor
Flavor: delicate, harmonic taste with pleasing tartness
Mukuzani is produced in Kakheti from Saperavi grapes in Mukuzani winery micro zone. It has distinctly expressed oak tone and dark ruby coloring resulting from stay in barrel. This wine would match with dinners full with meat dishes.
