Winemaking process
Harvest: technical ripeness is between 10 september to 25 october.
Fermentation: in stainless steel thermo/regulated vats at a temperature of 26/28 C
Tasting notes
Appearance: dark ruby color with tints of violet
Aroma: unmistakable aroma reminiscent of raspberries
Flavor: strong specific bouquet and harmonious velvety taste
Red semi-sweet wine is made in Racha from Aleksandrouli and Mujuretuli grapes existing in limited quantities on river Rioni slopes in Racha. Wine is ruby colored, has sweet, perfectly stylish, velvet taste of ripe raspberries and aroma. Excellently matches with fruit and sweets.
