JP Chenet Colombard-Chardonnay dry white wine 1,5l - fresh, balanced taste, with notes of white fruits and citrus fruits. The aroma of wild berries with notes of white pear, citrus, peach and white flowers.

 

The grapes are harvested before they are fully ripe in order to obtain the healthiest and freshest berries, and then quickly crushed at a low temperature. Fermented at a very low temperature (12-17 °) to preserve the full spectrum of aromas.

 

Gastronomic combination: a wonderful aperitif, this wine is ideally combined with shellfish, fried fish and white meat.
