Vineyard Location: Telavi and Kvarel regions, Kakheti
Winemaking process
Harvest: technical ripeness is between 10 september to 25 october.
Fermentation: in stainless steel thermo/regulated vats at a temperature of 13/15 C
Ageing: aged no less than 1 year in oak barrel.
Tasting notes
Appearance: the wine has light straw color
Arome: distinguishing aroma of fresh fruits with some hints of peach and quince
Flavor: mild refined test with lively acidity
Tsinandali is remarkable representative of Georgian winery. It is produced since 1886 from Rkatsiteli and Kakhuri Mtsvane in Telavi. In light beige wine, one may easily recognize apple and peach aromas included in the gentle fruit bucket.
Tsinandali goes well with the dishes made of fish and sea.
