"Medium Sweet" - semi-sweet red wine, created from grapes Grenache, Syrah, Merlot and Carignan grown in the French province of Côte de Besi, in the Languedoc region. The grapes are harvested at full maturity degree. Part vinified harvest at high temperature fermenting grape rest on traditional technology in casks for 5 days. Then the wine is kept in stainless steel tanks with inert gas atmosphere.
