The exquisite Cardhu 18 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whiskey is a true Speyside masterpiece. This is the most aged malt of the entire Cardhu line, which, thanks to this long-term maturation, has a richer, more complex flavor, while retaining its characteristic elegant style. 18-year-old Cardhu is also called "ladies' whiskey" for its sweet-fruity taste and graceful, smooth texture.

 

Located in the Spey Valley, Cardhu Distillery is one of the oldest Speyside distilleries with a history spanning over 200 years. This distillery, founded by Helena Cumming in 1811 as an illegal distillery and licensed only in 1824, is considered the first officially run by a woman, in fact by two women: in 1872, the founders' daughter-in-law Elizabeth Cumming took over the distillery and began to improve the taste and character of the whiskey known to this day is a light, delicate, deep whiskey born of hard work and determination.
