West Cork Distillers was founded in 2004 by three close friends. The production is based in Skibberine – the heart of West Cork, one of the most beautiful corners of the world.

County Cork is widely known in Ireland as a recognized home of whiskey culture and a special spirit of production. West Cork Distillers, as one of the few remaining independent viscourt in Ireland, aims to maintain and continue this glorious tradition, specializing in the production of high-quality Irish whiskey using classical technologies and local products (only pure Irish spring water, sprouted malt from selected barley and grain grown and harvested in Ireland). The technology of production is the use of pot stills.

West Cork Distillers is a member of The Irish Spirits Association, one of the founders of the Irish Whiskey Association and is registered with the FDA (USA), HMRC (UK), FSAI (Ireland) and HSE (Ireland)
