Agave ripened from 8 to 12 years old, which will later become the basis of South Gold, grown in its own unique greenhouses and reached the necessary maturity and properties, is processed using exclusively the core of the fruit, which contains juice that is unique in taste and aroma. Sauza Gold contains about 51% agave juice and 49% sugar cane juice, combining shades of agave and cane sweetness.
