Sodiko
Sodiko was founded by 3 business partners who between them, combined more than 60 years experience in the beverage industry.
In 1991, the company built a new factory and installed the first 2 bottling lines.
Sodiko's production was primarily focused on sparkling drinks both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Sodiko refined the competence of bottling and improved the shelf life of sparkling juices in the champagne style bottle.
The start coincided with the changing situation in Europe after the fall of the Berlin Wall. The collapse of the Iron Curtain paved the way for the East-European markets and Sodiko started the production of strong alcoholic beverages.
The young company witnessed strong growth and continued to expand. This has resulted in extending the business premises in 1993, 1996 and 2002. In 1996 Sodiko installed its own distillery and in 2007 moved to a brand new office complex.
One of the major milestones in the company's history is the development of the sparkling "Blue Cocktail". A lot of research into product development has been conducted before the invention "Blue Cocktail" in 1997. The real breakthrough and the world-wide fame was realized in the beginning of the 21st century and up until now this refreshing sparkling non-alcoholic drink is still very popular in many different countries.
Tradition, traditional craftsmanship and the production of some raw materials in our own distillery add an extra value to the Sodiko products.
The latest production technology and the enthusiasm of 35 motivated employees make the range of Sodiko's products reach a growing public demand and penetrate more and more markets. Sodiko's products can be found in more than 60 countries worldwide.
To top it all up Sodiko has also obtained the BRC certificate in 2008, which proves that quality is highly regarded at Sodiko.
