Nolet Distillery

Nolet Distillery is a family-owned company founded in 1691 and has remained in the possession of the Nolet family for 11 generations. Over the years, the family produced a wide range of drinks, but by 1979 they were focusing on one thing - juniper gin. Subsequently, Carolus Nolet receives the keys to the family distillery, who, celebrating the American "cocktail boom", decides to create the best vodka, ideal for cocktails or for drinking on ice. After years of experimentation, drawing on his great grandfather's wonderful tasting notes, Carolus discovers the perfect vodka recipe and calls it "Ketel One". Exceptional in taste, it is becoming very popular in US bars.
