For the production of Kahlúa liqueur, only the best, selected and hand-picked Arabica coffee beans are used, grown at an altitude of 900 - 1400 meters in the subtropical climate of Mexico, which is ideal for this type of coffee. In addition, the shade of the trees protects the grains from the sun, helping them slowly develop their flavor. The coffee is harvested by hand, which allows you to select only the highest quality beans. Then they are roasted in a special way, ground and placed in boiling water in certain proportions of the ideal coffee recipe, which is then cooled and mixed with pre-made Mexican cane rum of the highest quality.
