Higgins Dry Gin is a classic London dry gin in its production method. The drink is created by distilling grain alcohol without added sugar. Secondary distillation in vertical stills is carried out after adding herbal ingredients to alcohol. Thanks to this technique, the drink retains its crystal transparency. The tart taste of gin is largely influenced by additives of plant origin: juniper, orange and lemon zest, anise and other components. This strong drink is characterized by a long dry aftertaste, in which herbal notes are guessed.
Higgins Dry Gin can be consumed neat, usually with ice cubes added. However, traditionally Dry Gin is a component of many different cocktails. The simplest and most popular is the mix of gin and tonic.
