The old traditional well-established copper distillation cubes (Jenny - 18 years old and Angela - 108 years old), used to manufacture Bankes gin, have a reputation as one of the best in England for the production of London Dry Gin. To get the best plants and herbs used in the production, the distillation process begins with pickling, i.e. many hours of mixing plants with neutral alcohol before distillation. This process allows you to extract truly unique flavors and ingredients from the ingredients used.
