The Noah brandy collection from Yerevan Ararat Cognac-Wine-Vodka Factory is named after the biblical Noah, who, after the flood, planted, according to legend, the first vines in the valley of Mount Ararat, becoming the "progenitor" of viticulture and winemaking in Armenia. The 3-year-old classic Armenian brandy “Noah Araspel” included in this collection was created from a blend of cognac spirits exclusively from Armenian white grape varieties - Mskhali, Voskeat, Garandmak and others, sometimes a small amount of red varieties with white flesh is used. Alcohols are made by a single distillation method according to the Zurab method, after which they are aged for 3 years in oak barrels and "rest" for another 3 months. The name of the brandy "Araspel" comes from the ancient Armenian word, translated meaning "myth, legend." Mysterious and mysterious is not only the name, but also a bouquet of cognac, in which amazing fruity, chocolate and vanilla notes intertwine, long sounding in a velvety, warm finish. Cognac "Noi Araspel" 3-year-old received the Gold Medal at the exhibition "PRODEXPO-2010".
