Technologists of the older generation took part in the development of a taste bouquet of AKA cognacs, whose experience allowed us to make a world name for Armenian cognacs in Soviet times. Particular attention was paid to the use of high-quality cognac material, the recipes for the manufacture and preservation of taste characteristics are still “know-how” for the technologists of the Armenian winery.
The cognac production technology was developed and perfected over the years and generations of Armenian winemakers, the recipe was passed from father to son, from grandfather to grandson. It was the careful preservation of traditions and history by the Armenian People that made it possible to preserve their written language, language, originality and the best recipes for the preparation and use of those gifts generously presented by the prolific Armenian Land.
The products of the new AKA brand give us the opportunity to touch and feel the originality and traditions that the Armenian winemakers were able to bring through the years.
The first batch is represented by cognacs of 3 and 5 year old. Specialists-technologists, in accordance with their national natural temperament, prefer to blend drinks with a pronounced taste and rich aroma. The bouquet of cognac spirits is made from traditional Armenian grape varieties: Mehli (“One Size”), Voskehat (“Golden Berry”), Garan Dmak (“Kurdyuk Sheep”).
