Double Lever Corkscrew Wine Opener Waiter's version

The most professional corkscrew (wine tool) is the "waiter's" version, a two-in-one gadget that opens wine bottles and beer bottles. This is the only corkscrew a real bartender uses. 

Here's how to use it to open a wine bottle: remove the foil around the top of the cork with the knife on the corkscrew. Insert the screw (worm) into the center of the cork and twist until it's nearly all the way into the cork. Set the pry bar on the lip of the bottle and pry the cork straight up out of the bottle.

The knife will also come in handy for many things when working as a bartender.
